4th edition of the international Common Module "Gender Perspectives in Security and Defence"

"Henri Coandă" Air Force Academy is hosting the 4th edition of the international Common Module "Gender Perspectives in Security and Defence" from April 7–11, 2025.

During this week, specialists from Romania and Europe will gather to discuss the role of gender perspective in the field of security and defense.

The topics covered include:

Gender equality in the military

Harassment and diversity

Sexual violence in conflicts

Best practices in international missions

UN and EU strategies on women, peace, and security.

There will be interactive sessions, role-playing games, case study presentations, and applied discussions with experts in the field.
