Main goal. The initiative of organizing the international conference Redefining Community in Intercultural Context RCIC’11 belongs to the Socio-Humanities Department of the “Henri Coanda” Air Force Academy. In the beginning, only an exchange of ideas and experience was intended regarding the role of communities in the contemporary era. But, considering the fact that we train people for the international context, a focus on this topic was required. Thus, the main goal is an experience exchange between professors and researchers in the field of community dynamics. Moreover, we want to put into practice the new ideas that will result from the teaching activities and scientific research. We also intend to improve the quality of education and, consequently, the personality development. Last but not least, we will disseminate the results of our rewarding cultural dialogue within the academic community. |
